Some people say sublingual other people say just eat it.
I’ve only been doing sublingual, but if that’s not working, it still shouldn’t work if I only take it orally. I swallow it after normally after letting it sit under my tongue. I’m just delaying swallowing it by 10 minutes. If it can’t absorb it just wouldn’t absorb then be swallowed

Next try though I’ll add a third bump in size and parachute it tho maybe its the sublingual absorption not working
