ya i absolutely loved it.
it had this aura where sometimes when you look at ana old cartoon or something, that you know went onto be really succesful. the bad snake guy, the little dinos, little guy whose the heir he saves. they have such good character design. It’s like Ive seen the characters before even though i havent.

panels are super clean, even when like bruises said theres a lot of characters on at once.

and he switches between art styles a bit, some panels are really minimalist, others like in some of the sword fights the blood is all these black dots theres more detail.

i wanna read another volume. I loved the story of him with his old rival and i also love some of the issues are these one off stories, almost like an extended version of a newspaper strip, then others have continuity and set up characters and stuff that im sure are mainstays in the series

also i want a pet one of those dinos
him and lilly would be best friends i think

also i could splurge on the art and panels for like pages i will save everyone that. he is legit perfect at making comics, the pacing, the way the characters are introduced, what scenes are chosen with what panels, how to flows.

he makes it look too easy.
