Not enough evidence to directly point to it. I will say however, that they were horrible for each other and she indirectly more than likely contributed to his death at the very least.

Idk about that but she definitely was a negative influence.
A good example would be during the sessions for In Utero when she visited, she jus completely killed the vibe and caused unnecessary tension and no one wanted her around.
