5 am lol im in the latest time zone in canada or usa.
so im up doubly late

i like staying up all night doing my work though i find its really peaceful

I switch from waking up at 6am and going to sleep at 11-12

To doing overnights for the other half of the week

And I don't think it's very good for me

Well no I do second shift and overnight shifts for the other half of the week

I just prefer waking up in the morning

my cat has only ever gotten diarrhea when she's had her food changed/had to eat different food for whatever reason, she got diarrhea one time when she ate a plant that was toxic to cats but that's about it

I just pull a 24 hour day on the first day I have to do overnights and when I switch back

ok good. i was gonna say thats insano. but its still insano since you wake up early in the morning anyway.

when i did night shifts it was 11pm-7am 2 nights a week and 3pm to 11pm 3 nights a week. i never defaulted to waking up during the 3 years i did it.

yeah that was like me the store didn't have the usual food soda eats so i had to get a different brand/flavor blend and the following day or two she had diarrhea

It's weird though because it has been like 4 days since the switch

But maybe it's because she only really nibbles at her dry food

For her meals she gets the same wet food

So maybe it like took longer to mess with her

also we have been buying lilly the same kirkland signature cat food her whole life so she probably never had the runs because of that
