they should've put in that he told the press that he slept in a chamber so he could live to 150 years old or that he had an elizabeth taylor shrine

It needs to go all out on being a legitimately good touching romantic comedy before that point though
Like it needs to not just ride on the twist ending
And throughout the movie there will be hints like news stories that play in the background that are ignored or overhearing people talk about murders in the area but it's all ignored by the main cast
