I don't think sloths even if they were giant could take out tigers

Small sloths are already very slow you can only assume a giant would be slower

I think they were very large and scary but they couldn't move quick so eventually the other animals ate them or they starved

A super sloth that was also fast would still be around I think they would be invincible super predators

they do have insanely large claws even on regular modern sloths. imagine a 30 foot sloth’s claws. its basiclaly a dinosaur at that point in power and danger

Or maybe the super sloths also ate plants

But they were doing it super quick

So then they ran out of plants and didn't have enough to survive because or how many they ate and how fast they did it

So they evolved to be much slower and small

The tigers were very standoffish and didn't realize this so they developed the face

The sloths tried to tell them "it's okay you are not a leaf"

But the tigers weren't hearing it

i think this si the likeliest scenario.

unless, now picture this.

there were double super plants, who outsped all the super sloths. and then they all starved to death and the slow ones that ate regular plants survived.

and the double super plants all died because they used too much energy

imagine telling that to a tiger. they would never listen.

lilly doesnt even listen when i tell her get off the table

Does Lilly get all puffy when she's trying to seem tough

When sue gets mad at my brother's dog she gets 3x as puffy

OH does she ever!
she arches her back up like those halloween black cat sitckers and doesnt jsut hiss but lets out these guttural growls that sound like they come from a big dog

It works it's very frightening

oh it is when that happens i keep my distance

My brother's dog also never acknowledges Sue outside of looking at her for a couple seconds once every 3 weeks maybe

Sue does this for no reason or if he walks close to her without noticing she's there

She also purposely messes with the dog by playing with his tail or rubbing against him

He still pays her no mind he's very polite

when we got my old cat fluffy, we still had lilly. and we had a dog named doodles who was a big dog.

when we brought fluffy home, lilly hid underneath doodles while he was standing up (she loved him and used him as protecting and they used to sleep together and eveyrhting) and let out this massive guttural growl we never heard before and my mom was like “doodle stop it bad dog” and he looked up at her all confused and then we realized it was lilly underneath him using him as a sheild!

But for a couple seconds every once in a while he will look and will look shocked like he's thinking "whoa there's a cat there"

shes kinda a s*** disturber but also wants to be his friend. no offense sue

maybe he is just slow is that possible??

This is good strategy she is smart

He's very dumb

He's very nice

But God he's just not bright at all I don't think he's ever had a coherent thought

oh yeah she is super smart.

she can haul open the screen door, thats like the patio to the backyard. if u shut it she just hauls it open.

and before that, she would push on the screen and find a weak point then bust out. we had to get a special cat proof screen, that she also busted out of within a day.

then we got this one and she figured out how to hook her claws in it and haul it to the side to open the door lol
