You should check out the album

All killer no filler

YES
god this song is so f***ing good
i could crawl inside of it.
everything about it perfect.

clb starting from this song straight down to get along better is a perfect run. usually when i listen to it i listen to that section which is the size of a album anyway

i will i love shoegaze, u fw shoegaze in general? like the classics

" call it megatron " ...

Yes heavy

🙄

4 sets of 8-12 reps each depending on if i moved up weight or not. 1 day on, 1 day off.
sometimes i f*** around with other machines that arent on the list, like calf machines and pull ups and dead hangs.

i run 2 miles in 20-22 minutes everyday too. only days i take off doing that are on leg day and the day after leg day.

so say day 1 i do that, then run after. next day when im on break, i still run.

for my running one day a week its a bit weird where I run at like 7.5 mp/h until i cant. take a break, do it again like 4 or 5 times instead of a straight run, to train for increasing speed. i increase the speed every couple weeks.

right now im more interested in speed and cardio than distance with running.

3 miles in under 24 minutes in 16 weeks is my goal right now

mama is angry
