I hate it when et gets into one of his "I'm not old" moods

I wonder why someone so old like Travis Scott that much

He was almost 30 when Astro dropped

I mean ok but like a 55 year old and a 65 year old are both dust

Ok but you were already buying new port soft packs when 9-11 happened so relax with this silliness

    Physically:

    • You can still build muscle, lose fat, and get in elite shape
    • Strength peaks late 30s / early 40s for a lot of people if trained properly
    • The only real difference is you need to be a bit smarter about recovery (sleep, mobility, not doing dumb ego lifts)

    Mentally / professionally:

    • This is often peak earning + decision-making phase
    • You have experience and energy, which is a powerful combo
    • Most people don’t really “figure things out” until mid-30s anyway

    Real talk comparison:

    • 18–25 = raw potential, no clue what you’re doing
    • 26–35 = building phase
    • 35–50 = peak output if you don’t fall apart

The only way late 30s become “old” is if:

    • you stop taking care of yourself
    • or mentally decide you’re past your prime

Otherwise, you can absolutely look better, feel better, and perform better than you did at 25.

I like how it’s framed as a joke but it’s actually true down to each detail

    Disagree

20’s are the build up. I agree with what Grok says.
