I don't like it when I'm not busy

The couple times I've had a week or two off in the last 6 years I was miserable

Well yeah but you could be busy doing other things you enjoy like hobbies

I’m busy or high. Only two ways to cope with my brain. Workaholic or d*** addict those are my two options in life.

I got laid off in 2023 and I was off for 3 months and it killed me. My life was in ruins lmaoooo. Took whatever the next offer was not for the job just to be busy.

I wish I could quit my job and open up a little boutique coffee shop and just do that but alas

This actually what a friend and I want to do. It’s pretty “easy” to bootstrap a small coffee shop and it’d be cool to do it connected to like car community and art etc to build a niche.

If I don't have a thing I'm regularly supposed to be doing I'll just get upset about it and end up doing nothing

Well I would open a coffee shop that actually made good coffee instead of sugary toxic waste. And everything would be fair trade and organic. And I would use zero calorie sweeteners but not the cancer ones
