@early i think if u let the bih talk the waiting for players is shorter
Tbh you can do higher reps at lower weights if you want as long as your failing
Failing on incremental weight increases ( over time ) is like the formula
i will say im definitely not leaving 4+ reps every set
so im not that bad abt it !
how do yall go about reps/sets then? yall like 8 or no
I try to keep it 8-12 and what i mean try to keep it is calculate that with that weight i will do around that (well not calculate anymore because i keep progression but u feel me)
If i low ball and see i can do more than 12, i will continue till failure and keep it in mind for next session
Same if i try to up the weight and only reach 6 or 7, i will maybe next session try to lower the weight but work till 15 reps to transitionate better
just 1-2..

yeah i was gonna tell u that

~3 a set is still a lot tbh
If you’re doing 4 sets thats 12~
yeah i was gonna tell u that
vee spiteful 🤣🤣🤣
too light
been wondering if ive been going too heavy all this time
If u are doing good the technique (i remember u had a trainer so if its bad he will correct u)
That means u not going TOO heavy
That means u doing good
Yeah for muscle growth doing 3x8 with the same weight, even if the technique is good means u are leaving a lot of reps behind
I think limiting urself to a number (in this case 8) its not benefitial, i think working on a range of reps its better
So u do for example cable raises with 20, and when u reach 12 reps (or more because its lateral raises crine) u try to up the weight next session

This fax
Lots of people follow routine numbers too religiously

ohh ok this makes sense

Lost all my gains and now im lifting half of what I used to
I will be back
My girlfriends cousin said I looked like a jojo character before
~3 a set is still a lot tbh

damn.. f***!!
ive been tryna do progressive overloading with weight instead of reps cus i hate taking too long on an exercise
That can work rn that u are starting but will stagnate that way man
When u get deep time into gym, going 1 week into another one adding 1 rep is success. Dont fair taking ur time!
I will sometimes be +30 minutes in a leg press between warmup, aproximation and rest
Im going 5 mi behind...
back and bi day
back and bi day
every day is bi day
i will say im definitely not leaving 4+ reps every set
so im not that bad abt it !
Next day try to do more
Not doubting u but reaching real failure is like a skill u train in the gym ong

Yeah the process is pretty slow but it adds up over time @nort
@early brah i landed that mf first try and it didn't count???
this challenge is the one of the worst, many like that
