I think very senior people will stick around more so in a consultant / leadership role, you’ll still need people who know how to use AI the best and keep it within your guardrails.

But yeah a lot of companies are already opting to hire only senior people and use extra budget towards AI tooling etc.

I liked that album. PND vocals on it were a lot better then whatever he was trying do on the collab album.
