How about at least 5 for the premier artist of each coast and 3 songs per max for everyone else?

We each get to choose the face of the coast (Dre, Jay, Ye, etc.)

That way no coast is at a major disadvantage by limitations.

Think about the cover art for the VZ. Who would look best there? Is there any rapper you'd want to use several times if you were in a tight spot? It's a 4 way battle and things could get crazy.
