I couldn’t imagine being one of the many groups he advocated against, hearing millions of people cheering him on and empowering him, knowing some of them may be your boss, your doctor, etc. That would hurt more than a lot of other bad things.

Can’t control what people are happy about and you have no right to.
If people want to be happy Charlie is dead they can be and that doesn’t make them a bad person imo.
If they start advocating for other people to be hurt or celebrating the killer then I think it’s too much.
You know how many people would be happy if Donald croaked rn? Republicans and dems alike. But I’m not gunna call for his murder that’s wrong.
It means your ideology supersedes your base moral principles, which doesn’t necessarily make you “bad” but it does make you potentially dangerous.
