Spice o Clockpeace of mind is also a good investment
I figure that if I would replace an iPhone every 4 years or so anyway if I flat out bought it. So it essentially comes out to be the same price overall minus resale value but plus convenience

John MauveI have Musicolet which plays FLAC I'm pretty sure
I mainly upload albums to iCloud library so it integrates with my Apple Music stuff
Unfortunately anything uploaded to iCloud library is downgraded to a 256kbps AAC file so I use Doppler for really well recorded albums that benefit from the extra audio quality.

Two years of that is basically equivalent to buying an iPhone outright. But i never have to experience battery decay and can always get the new one so it’s worth it for me.
