similar. i probably put part 1 slightly ahead of tdoss (7.1 maybe) and part 2 a little lower (6.7)
i'm not trying to give everything a 7 but i think these recent eminem albums are kinda like that. they are good and he crafts them well. but obviously his mic talent is not what it used to be.
kamikaze was a little better more closer to an 8

Nah old Slim was clever. The humor could be juvenile, but it usually carried a witty undertone or some sort of intelligent commentary under it.
Whereas TDOSS is being juvenile for the sake of it, simply to make the point that Slim Shady as a character doesn’t work in 2025. But Slim Shady wasn’t strictly juvenile for the sake of it back then.

Name me the great songs from TDOSS
tdoss is pretty much fan service for eminem fans who love his classic material, album was too long but everything from renaissance to guilty conscience 2 is pretty solid and the AI was implemented really well
recovery is garbage front to back
