It's a lot of mental illness or like d*** problems and the resources aren't there to help all of them and some of them obviously don't pursue help

And some of it is just getting a bad hand dealt in life and legitimately not knowing how to crawl out of the hole

It's a crazy dichotomy though to see like a rich person in a new Porsche drive past someone who is barely surviving
