Rankings. Madonna >>>> true blue >> like a virgin
This album isn’t bad but it’s underwhelming as f*** coming off Madonna
Rankings. Madonna >>>> true blue >> like a virgin
like a prayer will be interesting
lots of people view it as her first serious/proper artistic album but to me it's always been the most ehh of the 80s albums
even has prince credits and a collab on it

Waite..when did yall do true blue
This album isn’t bad but it’s underwhelming as f*** coming off Madonna
i think its very solid but also a more polished up young Madonna where she also wasnt ready to go out and do some crazier s*** yet
and really I just think the songwriting itself isnt as good as it would be on following albums. where she also had more of her input into almost all the songwriting

I think the synths and dance music was just wayyyyy better on Madonna, reminded me of Prince self titled a decent bit
Like a Virgin is a tier still I saved a lot of songs but idk I’m not as crazily high on it like I was self titled and a lesser extent true blue
into the groove is the greatest song ever
