how the helle does it take u 24mins in a cookerr.... if u buy for example basmati rice on the PACKAGE it says done in 8-9.....

So either you’re just boiling way too much water a time for a cup of tea, or yeah idk. Even if you wanted to boil it at medium heat, that would be like 6-7 mins.
