Sucks when it’s a long hiring process too that you get dragged along thru, only to not make it in the end.
and a lot of the time, they’re looking for enthusiasm so its not like you can fully separate your feelings either during it

Consistent hours. 9-5 M-F. No nights, no weekends, all holidays off, great pay etc.
It was a 2 step process. Passed the first step which was through the person just below the co-founders, who approved of me making it to step 2. I had a zoom interview with the co-founder of the company. Thought the interview went well, even dressed up for it.
Until I woke up to a text saying “after careful consideration…”
I appreciate them not ghosting me atleast but that was a blow. I don’t know what isn’t good enough about me. Granted, my resume is completely dictated in food service, but I have the skills to transition over into multiple different markets. I just need these f***ing employers to give me 1 chance!
