Who could even genuinely produce a new Outkast record in 2025? Outkast albums have some of the most intricate production in music. No one would be up to the task imo.

Early 10s was the last chance man, Organized Noize was still producing for Big Boi, KRIT was basically an Outkast superfan wanting to work with them and 3K was still somewhat interested in the idea of a new album.

They don’t necessarily need ON though because AndrΓ© himself is/was capable of producing Outkast himself.

It's probably why he's not interested now, he's never had to produce a whole entire album by himself, and he's not going to do it now.

I don’t think he’s overwhelmed by the work that assistant engineers have to do.

He’s attempted solo albums before but couldn’t find where to go with it. I think he’s just folding under pressure and creatively insecure (unjustifiably).

Yea, I'm pretty sure he wanted to release something around 2012, and plans fell through. When that inspiration catches him, I think he'll get in the studio but, idk. A new 3K/Outkast does interest me though, don't get it twisted.

I have faith that Andre will eventually release solo music with vocals, and that these instrumental albums and tours will act as a soft launch for that.

he just needs to get comfortable being a solo artist.
