one of the core reasons why im so unhappy in my day to day life and feel insecure about everything, therapist hasn't fixed this s*** yet or really gotten to it either smh
You have some level of control to your thoughts homie
Find one toxic thought pattern you have and tell yourself otherwise everyday until you unwire yourself from it
