The working class needs to be armed to defend itself from potential state violence or far-right extremism (especially if you’re a minority). Disarming the working class while the state and police remain heavily armed creates an power imbalance that will be misused undoubtedly. Gun control historically has also been used to disarm marginalized groups, especially Black and working-class communities like for example when the NRA supported Gun Control back when the Black Panthers had weapons for retaliation so they can disarm them (Mulford Act).

My intention wasn’t to witch hunt you. We’ve just had enough discussions over the years where I can see that you value certain things over others.
