In idea it sounds great but that’s just not real life and even then let’s say they do all that get this over powered ass gun and still go on a mass rampage nothing changes (not trying to move goalposts I’m saying for example) like we would have been better off just not giving that kinda stuff to the general population in the first place imo

I mean that is also true 100% we’re f***ed regardless. If they made them illegal tomorrow it would change next to nothing guns will be in circulation for another 100-200 years just off the existing ones
It would change things. It would create a massive black market that would increase the difficulty in tracing and tracking weapons.

I don’t. I think both parties are absolutely atrocious in their current state. But I do really believe that the accelerationism of the current right is the best hope we have for a new or entirely different Democratic Party to form.
