Insults aren’t “banned” per se but you can get into serious trouble for calling someone a f slur or whatever now. Which changes the whole dynamic.

Being “considerate of the plight of others” does not seem to have anything to do with what I was saying. Letting everyone pass even though they haven’t demonstrated that they learned anything was always a bad idea.

The people who DO care about their first job or any job are the ones that generally end up being the most successful. The others will blame anything else but themselves.
