To be honest, everything is so mid these days that I can’t disagree. It’s hard to actually feel satisfied once a movie is over. Though there are a lot of past year classics out there that I haven’t seen yet.

My axiomatic values are that I want to see people be as happy, accepted, and free as possible, as long as it doesn’t infringe on the happiness, acceptance or freedom of others.
This theoretical person goes against that, and I think a majority of the people on the left share similar values, and that’s why they’re annoying and intolerable to a******dem.

saw a couple YT videos that encapsulated this idea really well and the super TLDR basically was movie stars don't have that IT factor anymore and directors/writers are the laziest they've ever been because of technology advancements, things done without purpose or clear intent

No. It’s just things really aren’t that well made anymore. There’s a pressure to churn that didn’t exist in the past because of how competitive attention is now. So movies just popping out left and right as fast as possible and it’s only going to get worse with AI
