I think with poetry it lets you convey information in a certain way that you can’t replicate 1:1

When I consider looking into therapy I just make fun of myself until I change my mind

Like "aww you're sad? You have work tomorrow but you're sad? People scare you sometimes oh no"

Then I just deal with it

To a much lesser extent Spanish leaves much more to ambiguity than English imo so a similar element that isn’t 1:1 for us is there too
