What were the insults
Mocking me, primarily
It only gets weird when you realize they were married irl
Or dated I forget which
Yeah, you can actually see it in season 1 if you peep the details really closely. She is SO attracted to Michael C Hall and is trying to hide it as best as she can
It’s not a big deal though to me. Would be if they went through with that nasty storyline though

That was the worst last season of any show ever. I couldn’t believe it

I apologize for that then if it made you feel some way. I fw u at the end of the day

This isn’t even an exaggeration

Did you watch the revival?
I’m not even a conservative. I believe in meaningful progressive economic change for marginalized Americans. And I think that quasi-isolationism is the only real attainable way to achieve that. I just also believe that all of identity politics is complete meaningless drivel.

Nah, it’s all good. It’s an emotional topic , and you’re actually in Germany and it affects you so I can’t argue on the same level as you in a genuine way.
Did you watch the revival?
Nah but I heard it was good. I don’t generally fw prequels though cause there’s less suspense in a way

Heard about the same. Idk had to fix that awful last episode but I heard some stuff that’s kinda annoying about the sequel series as well

I still haven’t watched BCS. It’s so hard to get through the first season idk why. I’ve failed like 5 times now

It gets better

New Blood had a great premise and all the tools it needed to be great but they fumbled SO badly in the last 2 episodes. Not quite as bad as the finale, but it’s not far off.

I’m on like episode 4 or 5 and have been for like two years now. It’s weird bc i like every episode I’ve seen but have no desire to continue everytime I finish one

Exactly. And everyone says it’s better than BB yet I was hooked on BB instantly

2 different types of shows
BCS is more of a slow burn

I’m generally confused why they decided to exhume the corpse of Dexter after it was already incinerated. I mean how much more good stuff can you possibly write for the same premise after they ran out of ideas once already lmao

Dumb smfh

Not everyone.
BB is better. BCS is very similar in terms of production value but in my view the plot just isn’t on that level. I mean it’s cool to see how Saul became Saul but it isn’t as cool as a high school teacher becoming a meth lord
I’ve also failed on s1e1 of Severance multiple times now too. But I feel like I need to force it cause it seems to be a cultural moment

I also am in the camp who thinks Mike had a vastly superior more interesting character development on the show then Saul did, although I like his character a lot.
