Index funds is a group of stocks made for you
No ceilings means something with no capped salary.
A job that maxes out at 80k a year = a ceiling
A business that can grow as much as you like = no ceiling

Those are dope but i think theres a decent delay between when they do it and when its publicized, so you dont make as much money as they do and you have to pay for them.
