What did is caramelized onions for 40 minutes in a pan with too much oil and butter, then fried the tuna in that leftover after i took the onions out so it seeped in through. Did 1 minute on each side so it’s rare as f***, then hit it with a blowtorch to crisp it up like a bbq, then drowned it in lemon.
Also marinated it for the length of time the onions were cooking.
Paired that with a Caesar salad and baked potato.
