TuneoutOh gotcha oh yeah thats different. Thats like me and drawing and games. There was a few years there I didnt play games and only drew and worked. But ive like cut my drawing practise by a third and started playing games again and ive been improving more since then, since I pay closer attention when I draw where im more relaxed.

I aim to cut back soon it’s just addicted to make large swaths of progress vs tiny but steady ones. Like I wanna be better and I know I have so much more to go it’s hard to mentally let myself cut back

I struggled with this im literally paralyzed if i shoudl draw right now or play wow.
Sometimes I do 1.5 hours 20 minute break gaming, 1.5 hours, 1 hour break gaming, repeat and after 6 hours do a 2 hour break or call it in for the day.
