just like how some medicines or chemicals we've used in the past and were deemed "safe" weren't truly

She just suggests to eat regular vegetables, regular fruits, no candy, no soda, no pre made meals. Chicken and fish, red meat in moderation. Virtually No alcohol. No drink other than water. 10 grams of sugar a day MAX
Anything other than this is not good for you.
None of this stuff qualifies as processed food by any definition.

I am in on “processed foods bad”. I believe that fully. I also eat a ton of processed foods but I would like to stop and/or I think it’s taking years off my life
