The songwriting on it

Bruh

if i could just pay my rent by tuesday

i bet id be rich by april fools day

very underrated writer

Eminem has higher peaks but in *general* Mac is the more consistently good white rapper.

I don’t think every song quite hit the nail on the head when it came to the writing. Sometimes he was a little too abstract for the sake of it. This song though? He got it. Perfect writing.

Abstraction is great though. rip lynch..

Em was a better rapper but he could never reach Macs artistic highs musically. Like not even close.

Light criticism

I think the album is fantastic so far and incredible for a posthumous album

Eminem is atleast better on a technical level but I probably lean more towards Mac if we’re talking lyricism.

idk, sorta apples to oranges though.

Funny Papers a 10/10 for me. Magic.

like i could consider this top 5 Mac

loving the lyrics on Excelsior

She approaching Ariana levels of weebifying

It was really cool the way it was used in the short film as well

Short film was wonderful

pizzicato strings

he has the best estate of any popular deceased artist. the visuals for circles were amazing.

all she do is linger

Yeah it’s not even close tbh

Circles and Baloonerism could’ve been released when he was alive and I wouldn’t have blinked an eye.

Delusional Thomas is a deep cut
