Your mom is probably a really good person and is trying to be empathetic but her whole opinion would do a 180 if she was dying and she was denied life saving healthcare in the interest of financial greed

Like they’re against supporting gay marriage and homosexuality until their kid comes out and then it’s a whole 180 for them.
Some people lack the ability to have empathy or sympathy for others until it directly slaps them in the face.

I don’t wish anyone harm but if they aren’t willing to make the changes needed to help folks out that are struggling, then they should be forced. Healthcare should not be a privilege to those who are fortunate.
