snowchildi really appreciate the response. it was therapeutic just to have someone listen to me vent on its own. i live alone, my girlfriend who i’m confident casually cheats on me is out with her best friend and hasn’t messaged me the entire day with her location disabled. i don’t know why i let her take advantage of me, i guess it’s because in between the moments she completely disregards me i get to feel loved for a moment.
I'm sorry that's happening to you man, and tbh I am the wrong person to give relationship advice or anything like that
But I will say in the long run it is better to handle that situation sooner if you truly think there is something going on
Just for your piece of mind, and less stress. Although I know it's easier said than done for sure
Do you have anything that calms you down / puts you in a good headspace? For me when I was younger it was gaming. It might be something different for you, is there any music that you like listening to?
