After you've opened the floodgates pushing everyone away and trying to figure out who genuinely cares about you and has your best interest in mind is probably insanely difficult even for a perfectly healthy person
Almost an impossible task for someone who's mental illness is basically defined by mood swings and harsh decisions that usually make no sense to anyone else
