I don't get what makes expensive TVs better than like less expensive TVs

Even with glasses I like look at them on display in stores and like once it's one of those like big 4k TVs they all look the same to me

i agree.... somewhat. i been trying to make a decision on this. first i ordered a cheaper one ($650) but then i cancelled the order because i got cold feet. that was an off-brand one and i wanted a sony. this one i got is basically what the tech nerds say is the cheapest good tv. even tho its a lot of money its still nothing compared to the really nice ones for 2 or 3 thousand

i think the $400 ones would be just fine but i watch a lot of tv so i want to get one that isnt bottom barrel.

i agree its expensive. but it's not even considered a nice one smh.

brightness and dimming and motion blur and halo's and blackness looking blocky.... there is a difference. whether it makes a difference in my life or not is debatable.

the way i see it though. i can plan to have this for 10 years as long as it doesnt crap out (and tbh i've never had a tv just crap out for no reason). over that length of time.... the extra price becomes worthwhile
