me and the homies..
I wasn’t really that big of a fan of 3.15.20 but the material on their always had potential.
this is literally how i felt, especially with algorhythm, millennial love, and sweet thang
Real
I think despite them basically being the same, they both feel distinctive.
3.15.20 felt dystopian and bleak for the time it came out. The unfinished atmosphere and wonkey mixing makes sense.
Avavista feels like a finished album though. A complete body of work.
Yes i did because that opinion had me like
Not ur first time havent listened to a trap legend discography
Bro thinks I’m uncultured
“Kendrick just opened his mouth, someone go hand him a Grammy right now” is one of the funniest lines in the whole beef.
Cuz that’s exactly what’s gonna happen when Not Like Us wins best rap song
Lmaooooo no way the industry lets that happen
if I told you that a flower bloomed in a dark room would you trust it?

One of my favs on the album

yo big ass in that sun dress WOO
The song with 21 hits harder for me now because I never realized he was talking about a d*** experience with a female and all the weird vocal phrasing and runs and different pockets was hit showing us how the experience felt.
I could never pick up on that because of how the vocals were mixed on 3.15.20.

You do have to admit, the vocals were wayyyy quieter on the 3.15 version
Family Matters is Drakes best effort in the beef, there’s just a lot of cap in the song that kind of spoils it a little.
isnt the daughter cap
Also 21’s vocals on the OG mix>>
They processed the f*** out of them on the new one they sound like s***
isnt the daughter cap
It’s not proven to be cap but Drakes fake mole story is pretty much confirmed cap at this point.
pour up (drank)

I prefer some of the mixes on the OG
The instrumentals sound better on the new one but I don’t like how loud some of the songs and vocals are
Just decided im gonna go listen to another Gambino project after this one
BTI or Royalty
