why does surgery need to be involved for him to react this waywhat if they werent contacting him outside of that
Atleast from my experience, I got friends I’m not super close with anymore that I don’t talk to everyday but we still cool and talk on occasion and I don’t hold it against them that we aren’t talking everyday like high school.
I guess it just depends. The surgery in particular I did want to bring up just because if that friend I don’t talk to everyday didn’t atleast send one message asking how I was doing after it (assuming they would know from either talking earlier or social media), yeah I’d feel a type of way about it.

I still feel like it's a bit overblown to cut em off straight up. Cause who knows maybe they forgot due to other things going on in their lives. Like op said it depends on how often they also talk.
