he has a lot of bouncing between harder and softer sounds. still decent amount of variety even tho he has his signature sounds. After the Gold Rush is one of the softer ones

he went through some cool eras that offer something different. like his stuff with Buffalo Springfield or CSNY, or most accessible era with Harvest, heaviest/angriest/noisy era that inspired some grunge, good later career stuff too. even a weird electronic album

like these 2 probably sound different from anything youve heard so far
