@Camille you ever heard any of the ghibli soundtracks played on piano? They’re gorgeous
i'll be honest man, as pieces like the orchestrated ones they're alright but they're SOOOOOOOOOO GASSED by pianists it makes me dislike them
like it's all derivative of debussy/ravel just listen to that if you want your mind and heart shattered, the guy that does it is talented but lets all relax
the amount of people that would play and make arrangements of one summer's day back at school makes me shudder still

it's not even bad the pieces of music but people gas them up like blonde gets gassed on here and idk why
prolly because it's like the most accessible version of impressionist music/jazz harmonies and asians watch anime so that's their reference point
