For me it looks like this 24/7. The static gets worse when I’m stressed, anxious, or tired, but I can tune it out usually. Some people have it worse though and actually see patterns and s***.

@YungPapi yeah HPPD. I’ve had it for about a year and a half now. It’s not really nerve damage, and it’s not necessarily permanent. If you want it to go away as quick as possible, abstain from every substance, including things like weed, nicotine, and alcohol. A lot of people see it go away in a few months after doing that.

I kept doing psychs, smoking and drinking after I got it for a year or so, now ive been off everything but the occasional drink/vape for 5 or 6 months now, and ive seen some improvement

I’ve had it since I did shrooms like 3 years ago. It’s not horrible but my vision is definitely different than it was before. It’s mildly distracting/ annoying idk if I could/ should ever go shrooms again

But I don’t smoke anymore just drink occasionally
