Jeremih is your best bet because he’s genuinely appreciated round these parts. I don’t see a good outcome for Chance, even if you only used pre-the big day cuts. That album was so bad that it had fans pretending they never liked his music.

Tho i do think we would have to work a way for like each side to represent something, idk how it would work if the both of us have access to the same pool of songs

There’s so many songs y’all could work with. The 2010s provided us with hundred of classics, at the very least. What I’m excited about is y’all diving deep into your mixtape bag. I don’t want this to be hits driven but it’s up to y’all. We’ve already had 2000s vs 2010s Rap and it was the biggest blowout. 90s vs 2000s Rap is otw and it might suffer the same fate.

There’s so many songs y’all could work with. The 2010s provided us with hundred of classics, at the very least. What I’m excited about is y’all diving deep into your mixtape bag. I don’t want this to be hits driven but it’s up to y’all. We’ve already had 2000s vs 2010s Rap and it was the biggest blowout. 90s vs 2000s Rap is otw and it might suffer the same fate.
I think if we make it a no hits/deep cuts VZ it could work more that way
I think the biggest problem of both choosing the same songs, its that the best strategy would just be to spam the biggest nukes the first rounds and it would become maybe too predictable that way. But maybe im thinking too much about the competitive side and not what matters at the of the day that is the show and enjoying the music.
I think my best idea would be to give one rep the odd years and the other one the even years, so both have early and modern classics to work with.
