Apparently I've been going zone 4 zone 5
Hard Everytime I've ever done any cardio work
But training in Zone 2 is what helps you the most in terms of sustaining and speed

ya u gotta mix it up. good to have runs where you go for speed/pace or times where you train sprints but most of your running should be at that p relaxed zone 2 pace

When I should've been training at 141 - 153 bpm
