I think only people with previous experience could relate maybe? This is in regards to teeth/tooth pain

This not no lore stuff

This sht was deadass traumatizing to me
I wouldn't wish this on anyone cept prob the worst of the worst of the worsr

But

Last week
Wednesday night
My lower left area of my mouth was being very sensitive and annoying
I'm like okay...
Maybe I need fillings or something
Maybe some sht loose
So I scheduled an appointment for Monday (this week)
Cool
Scheduled
Thursday night comes
Teeth pain comes annoying throughout the day but nothing too crazy.
Night hits and man it shoots up to a different level I've never experienced before
I couldn't even sleep I was in a good 9/10 pain the entire night and was taking ibuprofen like a mofo

I don't abuse meds or anything like that so
So If it ever came down to me having to use pain meds in the future I kno at least id have neutral resistance to it maybe?
Well That sht didn't matter cuz
Pain kept coming back every 30 minutes
So every 30 minutes
Id walk around the house to try to distract myself from the pain
Soon as the pain subsided briefly id try to sleep again
Prob got a good 2 hrs of sleep tht night
Sht was horrible

Woke up early
Bought orajel
More Tylenol
Ibuprofen
Cuz I knew sht would be even worse today

Went to work
Pain was manageable
But still annoying
Some 10/10 peak pain here and there for a couple minutes
Every hour
Id walk around work to get thru it

Lunch time I called dentist again to see if I could possibly get scheduled for day of
Cuz I'm like
Idk if I can manage till Monday if this pain keeps escalating like this

They had nothing till Monday still
Or go as a emergency Saturday

In my head I'm like

There's no way at this rate I can make it to Monday
So I guess I'll try to hold on till Saturday

Maybe I can last till tomorrow...

3pm hits
And I've hit peak pain in my life

My wife has gone thru both child birth
And a root canal fiasco teeth pain

And she told me the tooth pain was easily the worst

And I remember how much pain she was in when she was giving birth

And was there when her tooth pain was happening too

And yea tht teeth sht was like no joke

Some context in regards to head pain cuz this is where I'm boutta kill myself

I suffer from migraines occasionally
Not a stranger to them at all
Once I get em I know what's up
Always comes with a pounding headache and stomach pain and nausea Everytime
And I know i'ma be a useless body for the rest of the day
Curled up in a ball

Just waiting for this horrible sht to go away
Which pain meds help with to an extent

Back to hell

At work
3pm hits
And I kid u not
The most peak pain happens
Not sure how to describe it
But it was like
Someone was stabbing the left side of my brain repeatedly no breaks
And it wasn't a throbbing every other second type pain
It was like a pure constant sharp pain that do not go away for 30 minutes
Coupled with tht tooth pain

No orajel
No ibuprofen
Tylenol
Combo
Was helping at all

I immediately got up and had to start walking
I was pacing around a different floor at work
Legit in shock it what was happening

praying this sht would subside for at least a minute or something

But it did not give
So I had to just call it and leave work
Before I would kill myself from this pain
20/10 pain
Felt like my left side of my head was gonna explode or something
Idk man
Tht sht was so Fukin scary

I leave work
No normal dental place is taking anyone
They keep talking bout tomorrow
And I'm like
I'm actually gonna Fukin die today from this pain
If something doesn't happen

Manage to find a dental emergency spot thank god

Still had to wait an hour to be seen and everything
But at least it was something
At least there was hope

But I'm drowning myself in orajel and pain meds every 15 minutes to keep my pain from being 20/10
And just a 10/10

Hoping they can fix me before the peak peak pain comes back

They see me
Tell me it's a root canal thing
And if I want to save the tooth or extract

Context: wife had dentists work on her tooth for the root canal
They f***ed up
And she had to go back in for emergency sht cuz of their f*** up so she went thru tht pain twice

And I was like

Their is no way in chance I'm giving this pain a 1% chance of ever returning

No f***ing way in hell man

So just told em to remove it
I can get an implant later in life if I (want one / since I did get the bone graph)

And now I'm on meds

Yes I cried like 8 times till I was seen but I was in so much pain I couldn't even fully cry it was weird

did acid once with my best buddy and he ended up passing kidney stones for 5 hours in the shower. it was the most horrific night of my life.
