But praising his success based on the music and in some cases even directly celebrating how blatantly bad things he has said didn't negatively effect him as much is weird
At that point you're focusing on the man and the reaction to his views not just celebrating the fact he made songs you like
Yeah, I get that. It’s just more of an observation. Like it is actually crazy that the music was powerful enough to return him again from what was undoubtedly his most deranged and horrible era ever
