Still trying figure out who Beyoncé audience is for this album. She taking a gamble tbh. Because a lot of country listeners are racist and won’t give her the time of day. It’s really gonna fall on the casuals to see if they can get into it. It’s definitely easier to sell a Beyoncé house album than it is a Beyoncé country album.
the piano near the end of the song? never heard a country song offer anything like that
Love her so much.

Idk man I think country pop is so big right now that it’s got mass appeal.
I love daddy issues. I sort of doubt her new album will live up to that standard but that song is a banger
Wouldnt be surprised to see Taylor Swift, Chris Stapleton or Zach Bryan as features on Act II

Country pop is big for a majority white audience, not her particular audience

That’s cap. If she did, she would’ve won an AOTY by now.

Itʼs my fav Adele studio album, but man, thatʼs not saying much at all, lmao.

21 was wayyyyy better imo and that one winning AOTY wasn’t as far fetched.
I think the committee realized 25 didn’t deserve it, and they course corrected by not giving her AOTY with 30.

Yep
Lemonade was not just the rightful AOTY that year but I think it was one of the stronger picks in a decade. Meaning if you placed the aoty’s against each other it would be up there near the top
It was so good
i liked that boyfriend song a lot
that and GLU were left off the tracklist :(
