if she didn't neglect doing standard promo and world tours she'd be a top 3-4 most popular female artist and have such a cult fanbase instead she does 0 promo, stays away from magazines, avoids paps

but they were also like the 5th wave of rock bands to inspire in that same way so i dont really think about that much when it comes to them tbh. definitely bringing the punk ethos to mainstream even more most of all but kind of a logical conclusion to the whole story of rock up to that point
