Oh he is definitely a functioning one but also he is a messy person and has a habit. I think at times he is so high he doesn't remember to put things away or throw things out. Also just lazy too.

He literally came downstairs and was broadcasting a new batch he is smoking. Dude I don't need to know all of that. He looked like a zombie.
