me and my therapist talked about this actually! yeah like
invasive or irrational thoughts are s***ty, but they don’t exist or make us bad if we don’t act on them. an invasive thought is really just your brain making sure you’re still a person, bc what matters is how you react to it

Some people intrusive thoughts are worse than others. Mine gets pretty bad sometimes. Even wrote a song about it that’ll appear on my album.
