Album frustrates me though. Because it’s not just mid. Like there was great ideas there and clearly he was inspired but it’s a bit too messy musically.

That goofy ass horn was legitimately funny and then by the end all the elements of the song came together idk

Got like 4 songs saved so far

I’m in a weird place where I think it’s better overall then Let’s Dance but the first 2 tracks on that album blow everything on this one out of the water.

I really do appreciate the instrumental tracks he includes in his albums

I was feeling that way for the first half but I now just feel like it’s all a bit overblown. A little restraint would’ve been helpful on parts.
